About Dustin Sanchez

Raised in Corpus Christi, I developed a deep connection to the land and communities that define the Texas Gulf Coast. That foundation led me to Texas Tech University and into a career rooted in the built environment.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked as a commercial general contractor across South Texas, managing projects from the ground up. From negotiating with subcontractors to analyzing building systems, I understand what it truly takes and costs to bring a commercial asset to life. That perspective allows me to evaluate properties beyond the surface, identifying both risk and opportunity with precision.

Today, I leverage that experience in commercial real estate, specializing in retail centers, industrial properties, flex space, and farm & ranch transactions throughout the Coastal Bend and South Texas. My clients rely on me not just for brokerage, but for a comprehensive understanding of the asset itself.
